The Credential Directory is composed of professionals who have completed all the requirements to earn their NAAEI credentials. The following relates to the credentials being displayed:

• All Programs: Data displayed only includes those who earned their credential/s since 2018 or if earned prior to 2018, the credential holder had been maintaining it as Active by 2018 at minimum. CAMT, CAMT+L, CAMT+E, CAM+SH and IROP are perpetual credentials, so all available data are included for these programs regardless of year earned.
• Independent Rental Owner Professional (IROP): This program will sunset on July 1, 2024. Professionals who earned the credential prior to this date may continue to use the IROP designation. 
• Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS): This program will sunset on July 1, 2024. Professionals who earned the credential prior to this date may continue to use the CAS designation. Renewal requirements are still in effect for those who wish to maintain the credential in an Active status.
